1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Adjacent ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your region) to use the App.

3. Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You may create an account using Google, or continue as a guest. You may delete your account at any time �see Delete Account.

4. Location Sharing

The App's core feature is sharing your approximate location with people you connect with. You agree that your proximity may be visible to your orbit members and partner as configured. You are responsible for choosing who you share your location with, and you can stop sharing at any time. You must not use location sharing to harass, stalk, or harm others.

5. Acceptable Use

• You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.
• You must not use the App to harass, threaten, or share others' information without consent.
• You must not create fake accounts or impersonate others.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Adjacent may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Adjacent Pro"). Payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your Google Play account before the renewal date. We do not store your payment details. To manage or cancel your subscription, visit Google Play subscriptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App are owned by Adjacent or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that location data will always be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adjacent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
